I agree, with Mark Joe Mamma’s is a wonderful place, with great coffee and happy knowledgeable folks! In my experience selling them 10s of thousands of dollars worth equipment, they did not pay when the bill was due, they paid MUCH SOONER! …great people in my book!

Theres few strange folks out there and anyone can hide behind blind posts . Our record is in thirty yrs doing business /and three yrs at Joe Mommas .We can only do best job we can …last yr we donated nearly $40,000 to 12 non profits ,provided jobs for 10 employees ,Bought only Direct trade goods,biodigradeable goods ,Held 14 community events from Soup Nights /SLO FILM Festival,Bonsanto orpanage,
Play Pumps Intl , Organized and funded friends Bob Jones trail Jones trail ,
On Vendors all are paid within 30 days ..and always have with exception one (which is probably this guy).who we have dispute because he stole from us .
We always try to buy locally ,we do our best to recycle
our goods .
Twenty of our vendors are women coops around world
that we sell their goods at cost so profit can be sent back to them .
We maintain at our expense only Book Crossing site between La and SFso locals visitiors can have access free books .

And we have yet to make profit or take dime out of store in two yrs .and have funded it entirely out of savings and retirement .so yes we are proud of Joe Mommas
and good work it does .
yes we have had to fire couple employees who have stolen ,or were rude to guests and we have one dispute with one and only one vendor ,who charged us for work never performed .
Judge us by our deeds not by someone who hides behind blind posts ..Do good ..

Michael and Mary Kay Kidd, owners of Joe Momma’s Coffee and Nekkidd seem to be great people on the surface. Unfortunately, they are rather unscrupulous business people. They put on a good show (green, community based, giving) but they alienate their employees and refuse to pay invoices. They might make good coffee and have and sell themselves well but they are completely different people when it comes to business. I would hope that you would continue to encourage your readers to support small, locally owned coffee shops but discontinue support of Joe Momma’s Coffee, Nekkidd, Mary Kay Kidd and Micheal Kidd. They are not good people.

Joemomma’s has an absolutely fabulous cup of coffee. The espresso con panna is divine.
